Fees

Fees are based upon the type of psychotherapy service (individual, couple or group), type of consultation and evaluation (third party assessments), the length of the appointment, and the provider. Individual therapy is $200+ for a 45-50 min session. Couples is $250+ for a 60 min session.  Group costs vary. We will be able to let you know the cost of your requested service when we speak to you.

Third-party consultation and evaluation costs:
Recipients of donor sperm and/or donor egg $375
Recipients of embryos $375
Non-identified or directed gamete donors $650
Directed embryo donors $425
Gestational Carrier screening $1200
Group sessions for directed or GC arrangements $375
Clinical interview session follow-up $250

We are “out-of-network provider” providers, which means our professional services qualify for reimbursement under many insurance plans, but we do not work directly with insurance. While we do not participate directly with any insurance company, you can apply for reimbursement using the billing statements (“superbill”) we provide which has all the detailed information needed, such as, CPT code, ICD-10 diagnosis, NPI, etc.  If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior the meeting to clarify what reimbursement you can expect. With your written permission, we can also provide your insurance company with any additional information needed to process your claim.

You may choose not to use insurance and instead pay for services “out of pocket”. Clients who do this have an additional level of confidentiality and control over their own treatment because treatment decisions are made between the therapist and the client without input from an insurance company.

Payment is required at the time of service. You can pay by check, cash, or credit card, including Flexible Spending Account (FSA) credit cards, if you have one.
